On September 28, the day of the symposium, Chaos Clay presents a live performance following Appetite for the depths, for which he provides the music and sounds. Johanne's immersive performance, from September 28 to 30 at Théâtre Les Halles, is a partner event of the Biennale Son.

With a master's degree in critical and curatorial studies from HEAD - Geneva and a bachelor's degree in visual arts from the Académie royale des beaux-arts de Bruxelles, Chaos Clay (aka Mighty aka Maïté Chénière ) uses music, performance and video to create hybrid experiences. He is interested in the cultural productions of racialized queer people, mixing theoretical and popular knowledge in emancipatory discourses and experiences. His work has been presented worldwide in both clubs and art venues.

An Afrofuturist DJ, he invents parties (House of ButchXtra, Archipelagogo) that promote club culture and the fluidity of multiple bodies.
