By blending real environments - such as abandoned places, architectural spaces and interiors - with generative worlds, Captures creates new spaces and transforms the perception of space and scale. Sound and visual objects, derived from point clouds and digital modulations, evolve with the music, creating a shift from the abstract to the real and a reinterpretation of familiar environments.

Echoes of Archs - Owelle x Structurals

Based in Geneva

Echoes of Archs is the union of Owelle & Structurals, a musician and a duo of new media artists. This fusion enabled them to win the open call of La Bâtie festival in Geneva in 2022. During a three-week residency, they created a 50-minute live and immersive piece, featuring 360-degree projection and a spatialized octophonic sound system. For the Mapping Festival, they also created original pieces, including Echoes of Archs, which gave the collective its name, 2024. The latter is evocative of the trio's interest in dystopian architecture, in which they immerse the audience.
